Started Chapter 6 of Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition this week and it begins in a massive city that held enough miscellaneous and storyline achievements to carry me through the week. So, I haven’t really…done a whole lot. Ran around a city that looks like Venise all week; real exciting stuff.

Achievements unlocked: 57 (+9) | Completion: 60%

Sigh. I jumped into Disney Dreamlight Valley to just kinda check on any timed gifts or such, and to maybe grind some achievement progress. Well, after I turned it on, I went to my other Xbox to test some Game Pass games on my alt account. Well…apparently, I had continued to hold the controller for this game, so in my attempts to get the other game to respond I brought the menu up, moved to the Dreamlight Tasks tab, moved to the one for cooking 900 meals, and unlocked it! I didn’t realize my error until I heard the unlock sound coming from my laptop. Blah. I’m thinking I’m gonna start trying on this one again more often, but still gonna hold the rest of the achievements for later. I only have fishing and clearing thorns left!

After the death of my spouse, I have had zero motivation to achievement hunt at all. Well, this week I felt a little need to finally polish off the very short and easy Ravenlok, so I jumped back into this one on Thursday. I was so close to the end that I only had two bosses to even fight before I had completed the game’s story. This was easy enough, and one more visit to the hallway prior to the end fight gave me enough feathers to upgrade to level 20. I had apparently missed a few rabbit figurines, too, but the text guide on TA easily got me those, too. And I was done! Cute game. Like voxelized Alice in Wonderland mixed with Zelda.
